Dr. Holmes, my congratulations on your excellent presentation.  I had a significant number of participants comment to me on your training session, more than any other during our week-long staff development.  The consensus of my group was that your training session on multicultural communication was very thought provoking, informative and practical.  You kept the session lively with plenty of group participation and involvement in the material.  No doubt we will be asking you back for next year’s staff development.

CONNECTIONS

CONNECTIONS is a series of interactive training and coaching programs geared toward the development of a core set of diversity competencies.  It is a skills-based program designed to improve one’s ability to effectively communicate with culturally different persons and to efficiently resolve a wide variety of conflicts.  The primary goal of the CONNECTIONS program is to develop culturally competent individuals that can effectively interact with a diverse array of people in a wide variety of situations.  CONNECTIONS consists of three, 8-hour workshops which include The Diversity Competencies, Improving Multicultural Communication, and Managing and Resolving ConflictClick here to download a CONNECTIONS brochure.
